SToNE Salon was created to bridge the gap between independence and community — a space where ambitious stylists can grow and clients can feel at home.
Our mission is to offer a creative, supportive environment where education, mentorship, and collaboration fuel personal and professional growth. We guide stylists toward sustainable, balanced careers with strong boundaries and real purpose. Our team includes both seasoned stylists and rising artists learning through hands-on education and mentorship.
For clients, we’re committed to providing an inspiring, welcoming experience from the moment you walk in. At SToNE, you’re encouraged to relax, connect, and enjoy the process while your stylist brings your vision to life. We believe in educating our guests, empowering them with hair knowledge, and inviting them into our model program — where learning and artistry come together.

Hi, I’m Francesca — hairstylist, mentor, and the heart behind SToNE Salon. I am obsessed with my job, the beauty industry & being a business owner. I grew up in New Jersey & moved to AZ in 2022. I am a huge foodie, a structured & organized freak, a homebody & a lover of wholesome activities.
After a decade in the beauty industry, I’ve seen how rewarding — and draining — this career can be. Burnout early in my journey pushed me to create something different: a space built on balance, creativity, and genuine support. My passion for hair evolved into helping stylists build sustainable, fulfilling careers through mentorship and education.
Outside the salon, I’m married to my best friend, Greg- we have a golden retriever, Stone, and a cat, Miracle. On our time off, you’ll usually find us cooking, exploring nature, or relaxing at home. We love a good road trip and any excuse to spend a day on the lake paddle boarding.
SToNE Salon grew from my love for connection, growth, and the belief that you can have it all: creative freedom, community, and real work–life balance. Whether you’re a stylist or a client — welcome home to SToNE.

⚡︎ Don’t love dogs? No worries — Stone is fully trained and will stay in his designated area for the duration of your appointment if requested.
⚡︎ Love dogs? He’ll happily keep you company (and maybe sit on your lap) if you’re looking for some puppy cuddles.
⚡︎ Allergies or prefer a dog free appointment?
Please let your stylist know and we’ll leave him at home
Stone is the sweetest boy and the heart of the salon. He loves love, has the goofiest personality, and is an absolute sucker for pets. He was rescued through Rescue a Golden of Arizona and has been the best addition to the SToNE family.
You’ll find Stone at the salon on most weekdays, bringing smiles & calm energy to the space.
